Gain Muscle And Lose Weight

Most likely you are either fit or have been working out a lot or you’re looking to get into tip top shape. You should know that the best time for you to get fit is today and not tomorrow.

Just remember, it’s not easy finding a good muscle building program but that is what this article is all about.

For those who are just starting to workout, here are some things you should know about. If you’re looking to gain massive muscle I don’t recommend working any body part (except legs and abs) more than 3 times a week and preferably each body part would get worked out only 2 times per week. But what does this mean? Here’s the breakdown for you to understand it better. Here, I’ll give you a sample wherein each body part is worked out 2 times per week.

Monday: Chest and Back.
Tuesday: Exercises for the shoulders and arms.
Wednesday: Leg and ab exercises.
Thursday: Exercises for the chest and back.
Friday: Shoulders and Arms.
Saturday: Leg and ab exercises.

This is so you won’t over-exert your muscles by exercising them two days in a row. Also, it is important that you always get good night’s sleep. Getting enough sleep means your muscles are allowed time to repair themselves after a hard workout.

However, keep in mind that the muscle building program given is designed for beginners and is thus not as detailed as the ones you should be following. This is just a guide. What you eat is also another matter, and in relation to muscle building, there are definite foods you should consume prior to your workouts and even after you workout.
