Spinning is an exercise for strengthening and firming leg muscles. This can be done by cycling. your calves, harmstrings and quads will be improved if you do ths for 15 minutes. This is also a great way to improve your flexibility. This exercise can help reduce fat and cellulite.

Knee Exercises is something less vigorous but it can help strengthen your knee. People who have knee conditions. What you can do is sit in the chair with your back straight, but relaxed, and your legs bent at 90 degrees so that the thigh is parallel to the ground and the lower leg is vertical.

Calf Burns is a more strenous exercise. This exercise builds strength and balance. Usng a mat, sttand up straight with your heels together and your toes slightly apart. Lift your heels and balance the balls of your feet. Lower yourself slowly back to your heels after staying in this position for 5 seconds. Just repeat this exercise 10 times.

Walking helps to firm your legs and it is an easy form of exercise. This is done by placing one foot firmly before you lift the other foot at moderate pace. Not only that it is a good exercise for the legs but also for the whole body. This is also a good exercise for pregnant women and weaklings to improve their resistance.

Jogging and Running helps in firming legs. Jogging is the practice of trotting at a slow and steady pace. Running is like jogging only that you do it in a faster pace. Drink a lot of water when exercising because it can make you dehydrated.

Another form of exercise that beats boredom is dancing. It is the most enjoyable of all. Dancers can create harmonious movements through music and that makes it enjoyable. If you want to sweat heavily, dancing is the perfect exercise.

You can integrate walking, jogging and running to form a dance step. When you dance, an unexplainable sensation is formed between a dancer and its partner, dancer and the music and dancer and nature. When it comes to dancing, it requires a lot of footwork.
There are moments that you dance according to your mood. The more footwork that you do, the better it could be to firm and tone your legs. Dancers are known to have firm legs.
