Secrets to Firm Your Legs Effectively

First, you need to stand straight with your feet hip width apart from each other. Slightly bend your knees as you squat. Stick your buttocks out as if you are sitting in a chair. Perform this slowly in a count for 2. Watch out for your knees, make sure that they do not go further than you knees when you lower yourself and you stick your butt out. It is natural to feel as if you are falling backwards if you are new to this exercise. To help you balance yourself is to make sure that your feet are really apart with tight abdominal and butt muscles. If that is still not enough, you can also hold on to something stable for added support. A table top or a chair will probably do.
As you rise up and get back to the original standing position, keep in mind to clench your butt to enhance not just your hamstrings but your buttocks as well. Do not stoop when you are back standing on your heels. Rather, you need to continue rising. Lift your heels off the floor and stand on your toes. Continue clenching your butt as you are on your toes.
After that, lower your heels until you are back at the original position. Do this at a count of 2. This whole exercise will take about 8 seconds. To achieve ultimate result, it is great to repeat this about 15 times in the morning, afternoon and at night. It will make your butt firmer as you do this one.
