Working out – If you don’t exercise at all, then you need to find some activity that will make you sweat.   Exercise is the one thing that will help you get rid of fat quickly and easily.   You may have the misconception that this just means you have to go to the gym and work out.   That’s just not true.   There are plenty of other ways to exercise, like walking with a friend in the park, or joining a sport.  As long as you are sweating after the activity then all is good because sweat is an indication that you are burning fats at the same time.

Eat less – All the good food out there is not easy to resist though.  You don’t need to make your bites so big though.  Why not take in less fat and enjoy your food more because you’re not stuffed.?  Most have this problem and it really takes a lot of discipline and practice to not eat so much.  In the future, you’ll be able to get to that point by consuming less food, and as a result, less fat.

Veggies – Still not satisfied with the amount of meat you are taking in?   Satisfy that hunger by eating your veggies.    Veggies not only fill you up, but aren’t high in fat.   Eating more veggie servings then meat servings will leave you feeling much better.
