People will continually comment that life is too short, and in most cases this will be a phrase used to describe the idea of seizing the day are not wasting years doing things that you do not enjoy. However the idea of life being too short is also prevalent when you think about the average age that people live to. People want to live longer, and be able to enjoy all of the fruits of their labour in a longer and more happy retirement.
So how exactly can you live a longer life? Well, the key is going to be living healthily throughout your youth. The point is that people are not particularly forwardthinking, and will often violate their bodies when they are younger. This can end up having a serious effect on them when they are older, and as such their lives will be shortened.
