Eat – Now, this doesn’t mean you eat huge portions just because it tastes good.   What this means is that you can continue to eat the food that you like but you should reduce the amount of it that you consume.   You know that bowl of ice cream you had after lunch?   Make sure to eat half a cup of ice cream.   Is steak what you want tonight?  Eat a fourth to a half of that steak that you prepare.   While you lessen how much you eat, you’re actually saving yourself money by not eating all the food at once. You will lose weight and decrease the amount of fat that is absorbed into the body.

Drink water -  A water diet will really help you lose the weight.   So, you can start to eat less and drink water to satisfy your hunger.   Not only does sweat get rid of fat, but it detoxifies your body of toxins.

Exercise –    You do need to workout to lose weight more effectively.   Each day, you need to make time for exercise.    You can do this by jogging or walking in the park.   Just make sure you sweat when you do these activities so that the fat can leave your body.
