Getting Abs in 5 Steps

It may sound and look so easy on paper but this in truth it requires a lot of dedication and strong commitment from your side. 1. Your body fats percentage have to be cut and shred if you want to get abs. You can achieve that by doing weights and cardiovascular exercises. You must also understand that the more fat burning exercises you perform, the more calories your are going to lose. When choosing which cardio exercises to do, make sure you include both high intensity ones and lower intensity, and try to have a good combination of it throughout the week.

2. You ought to keep your metabolism high and ready. You can get your metabolism rate up by eating five to six smaller meals a day instead of the traditional 3 big meals.
