Eat – Don’t worry, you don’t have to give up any food. Crash diets should never be resorted to in order to lose weight quickly. Your body needs all the fuel it can get to perform properly. The organs need vitamins and minerals that are essential for them to function correctly. You can even eat the food that you enjoy eating. All you need to do is eat less.
