Very like acupuncture, Emotional liberty method uses the same principals. Acupuncture is a conventional chinese medicine methodology that has been practiced for hundreds of years and works by positioning needles without delay on the meridian system in the body to rebalance energy or chi flow.
When you tap a sequence of meridian points on your body it rebalances energy flow, the body and mind quietens down, adrenaline levels reduce and negative feelings subside. Unlike other meridian cures, EFT uses a combination of positive statements across the tapping sequence. Emotional pain can manifest as physical symptoms, and is the reason why EFT is so effective since it treats both the cause of the problem as well as it’s symptoms.
More folk are using EFT and reaping the benefits of this easy and natural methodology. It’s been used for handling panic attacks, addictions, insomnia, stress, depression, phobias, pain, weight reduction and much much more. Applying EFT is so easy and only takes one or two minutes to learn, since you can forget the science behind it and just get stuck in. There are lots of resources online to discover the simplest way to do it step by step.
The tapping sequence is just half the EFT practice the other half is about focusing and acknowledging the difficulty. Write down the physical or emotional issue you would like to fix so that you begin the strategy with a clear outome. It is important to use self accepting and positive language when using confirmations. There’s no problem with self-love and respect in reality it is healthy for positive self development.
Handling panic attacks with EFT is extremely convenient and simple since it can be practiced at any moment. The method should additionally be applied as soon as you experience moments of stress, anxiety, destructive feelings or feelings to counterbalance them.
EFT doesn’t promise 100% success rate, but it’s necessary to use it frequently to see significant results. Don’t simply do it a number of times and give up. When you see the advantages, you can also use it to other areas of your life.

If you would like to stop panic attacks for good, confronting them head on is the handiest way. Instead of battling against the attack, allow it to come and terminated. To put it another way, ride out the storm of an anxiety attack.
This is advised for two vital reasons.
1) The first is that fear begets fear. The more you struggle against and attempt to stop the anxiety attack, the more fear you can produce. Fear basically feeds on itself and causes the assault to become even more intense.
Yet if you confront the attack head on, it gradually loses its force and energy as it has zilch to feed off. A good analogy of this is riding a roller coaster. You could have realized that fear and anxiety grow the more you resist and struggle against the movement of the ride. But , as you go with the flow of the ride, the more pleasurable the ride becomes.
There’s a cliche, what you resist persists.
2) The 2nd reason is that the more you try to steer clear of or escape the anxiety attack, all that you are doing is avoiding the consequences until the next episode.
But , if you confront the attack, accept it for what it is and ride it out, you will discover that there essentially was no true danger to fear or stress about. You’ll understand that your greatest concerns weren’t grounded in reality. No harm came on you at all .
The more you face your attacks head and come out unscratched and okay, the more you’ll come to understand that your biggest fears are just the product of your thoughts, not a real, clear, and present danger.
This data will help you to see your attacks for what they are and will give you the faith and nerve to face future episodes. At last, you may know how to stop panic attacks for good.

I am a firm believer that people simply do not take much time to appreciate feeling good anymore. Whether it is the hustle and bustle of life, or whatever it is, people just don’t focus on their emotional well being much. It seems to me that everyone could benefit from taking some time and doing some things to make them feel good about themselves once again. You can do all kinds of things, and some of them will be described throughout this article.
This is not to suggest that everyone is wallowing in depression or anything, but rather that everyone can use a good pick me up on a regular basis. You might find that through doing even a few of the things described within these paragraphs, people pay it forward in their own lives and everyone can benefit.
One place to being in terms of making some real positive changes in your life is making a new friend. More specifically, finding a pen pal to talk to. The Internet is responsible for kind of killing this drive through instant messaging and email. No one wants to sit down with a pen and paper anymore. Yet, if you find a literal pen pal, you will be surprised how much you can open up over the course of a few letters and really get some anxieties and fears off of your chest. I urge you to stick to real pen and paper, as it is an exciting thing to anticipate a letter rather than just finding it in your inbox.
Another great thing that you can do is to create a better self image. A lot of people battle with their weight, and through actually being able to get rid of it you are likely to vastly improve how you feel about yourself. One way of doing this is through changing up your diet. There are many unique diets that you can try, some of which include: Atkins, a green tea diet and the South Beach Diet. This is just the tip of the iceberg though.
If losing the weight might take too long, you have other options. While it is recommended to attempt to lose the weight naturally, this is not practical advice for everyone. One of the options available to you is liposculpture. This is a new development along the same vein with liposuction. However with this procedure, you have a better result with faster recovery time. So you can get to the weight that you always wanted in no time at all.
Giving something to someone else is one of the simplest ways to make yourself feel better. To see how much someone appreciates your thoughtfulness can be a great pick me up. For instance, if you know someone who just had a baby, you can upgrade his or her cribbing set to designer baby bedding. The list of potential gift giving scenarios can go on and on.
You can feel good about yourself through some of these activities, but this is certainly not all of what can do the trick. You have to find your niche.

A huge amount of research studies demonstrate that, not only are fish oil benefits numerous, many of them are really quite amazing! It seems sometimes like new studies are being published all the time, as researchers and doctors learn so much more about how and why it is so effective. The omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil are “good fats” that are vital to health. They are crucial for our health but our bodies can’t produce them — you must get them from your diet. Here are some proven fish oil benefits that should persuade you to eat more oil rich,
wild-caught fish and/or begin taking a high quality fish oil supplement if you’re not already!
Promotes Heart Wellness & Protects Against Heart Attack and Strokes
Fish oil continues to increase in scientific reputation as an important component to heart health. According to statements from the American Heart Association, fish oil is effective in reducing the occurrence of heart disease and helps to reduce risk factors like high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Clinical studies of heart attack survivors have found that daily consumption of fish oil capsules drastically reduce the risk of dying, additional heart attacks and stroke. Omega-3s also lower blood triglycerides, help correct irregular heart rhythms, and can help avoid and treat atherosclerosis by preventing the formation of plaque and blood clots, which tend to clog arteries.
Minimizes Inflammation and Pain
Omega-3s have a powerful anti-inflammation effect.
Clinical studies show that diets high in omega-3s (and low in the inflammatory omega-6s) may benefit people with inflammatory conditions — anything ending in –itis!. Fish oil has have also been used to successfully treat neck, back and menstrual pain, enabling study participants to reduce their intake of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Ensures Healthy Joints and Minimizes Symptoms of Arthritis
The omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil reduce joint tenderness, pain intensity and morning stiffness caused by rheumatoid arthritis. In fact, many lab studies have found that omega-3s actually decrease the activity of enzymes that break down cartilage. At least 13 published clinical trials have demonstrated that omega-3 fatty acids are highly effective at treating rheumatoid arthritis. Fish oil has helped people suffering from RA to reduce their need for pain medication.
Increases Mental Acuity & Long-Term Cognitive Functioning
Did you know that omega-3s, particularly DHA, are highly prevalent in the brain? They’re essential for optimal cognitive (brain memory and performance) and behavioral function, as well as proper growth and development. Trials demonstrate that omega-3s may aid in maintaining proper cognitive functioning and possibly in avoiding or holding off the emergence of dementia. We also have learned that it’s very important that pregnant women get adequate DHA, because it’s required by the developing fetus — during the 3rd trimester of pregnancy, the brain of the fetus grows at a rate of 250,000 new neurons every 60 seconds! Children are also aided by fish oil intake, as many studies have shown that omega-3s improve learning, focus, reading and vocabulary skills. Countless studies have also shown benefits in treating ADHD.
Produces Happy Mood & Emotional Well-being
In countries where fish makes up a significant part of the diet, nationwide rates of depression are lower. So, it shouldn’t be surprising that studies have found that fish oil supplements can alleviate the symptoms of depression, bipolar disorder and psychosis. Numerous studies have shown that people who took omega-3s with their prescribed anti-depressants had a greater improvement in symptoms than those who took anti-depressants alone, with patients experiencing a stabilizing effect and fewer mood swings. Research has also demonstrated that, when those in prison were given omega-3s, there was a huge reduction in hostile behavior. Omega-3s also appear to lower the risk of postpartum depression.
Promotes Eye Health
Evidence shows that people with a higher omega-3 intake appear to have a lower risk of Dry-Eye Syndrome and developing macular degeneration. Preliminary research also shows that fish oil supplements aid in
lessening dry eye symptoms, may help to slow macular degeneration for people already developing it and improves eye health in general.
Pregnancy, Infancy Brain/Vision Development & Reduced Incidence of Childhood Conditions
DHA makes up 15-20% of our cerebral cortex and approximately 30-60% of the retina, so it’s absolutely necessary for normal development of the fetus and baby. Prenatal DHA availability also appears to reduce the chances
of childhood allergies and have an effect on motor skill quality, cognitive development and behavior/hyperactivity later in the life of
the child. Omega-3s also aid in reducing the chances of low birth weight and premature birth.
Promotes Optimal Fat Metabolism and Weight Loss
According to the National Institute of Health, omega-3s transmit “I’m full” messages to the brain and help quash hunger signals. Research has also shown that fish oil improves the effectiveness of exercise in reducing body fat. Volunteers who were given fish oil with their diet showed greater weight loss as compared to people who did not consume fish oil. Exercise combined with fish oil had a positive effect on the body shape and body composition of the participants.
Decreases Chance of Prostate, Breast & Colorectal Cancers
Though additional research in this area is desperately needed, we now are aware that the omega 3’s that appear in fish oil help in the prevention and treatment of testicular, prostate, breast and ovarian cancers. Preliminary studies imply that taking fish oil daily can help slow the progression of colon cancer in those with early stages of the disease and may possibly have the capacity to cause apoptosis (cellular death) in cancerous cells.
More could be said about the many fish oil benefits. And, as the scientific community and doctors continue to research omega-3s, you can bet that fish oil will keep making news as the best source of these essential fatty acids that are so essential to our bodies.
Even if you’re already in great physical condition, a quality fish oil supplement is the fastest, safest way to achieve and maintain optimal health!

Daniel had been engaging in abusive drinking behavior since her freshman year in college. Now, three years later, she drank more than ever. One Sunday evening when she wasn’t feeling all that well, Daniel decided to stay home, relax, and watch TV.
While trying to find something to watch that would capture her interest, she instantly became fascinated with a program about young adult and teenage drinking problems.
When Familiar Alcohol Addiction Signs and Symptoms are Revealed by Alcohol Addicted Individuals
The commenter talked about the difference between alcohol abuse and alcohol dependency and then got into the subject of alcohol addiction symptoms and alcoholism warning signs. When the speaker discussed a person’s alcoholic behavior and some of the more familiar alcohol dependency signs and symptoms that alcohol dependent people manifest, Daniel got quite worried because it almost seemed as if the commenter was talking directly to her.
After watching the TV special, Daniel promised herself that she would telephone her health care professional the following morning and make an appointment to discuss her problem drinking.
When the next workday arrived, true to her word, Daniel called her health care provider and made an appointment. While she was waiting for the day of her appointment to arrive, she went on the web and did a search for alcoholic symptoms. Especially noteworthy were the following symptoms or signs: sneaking extra drinks before social occasions, increasing irritability, making excuses to drink at almost every opportunity, sleep problems, and serious work-related and relationship problems.
In short, since Daniel manifested all of these symptoms she went into greater detail in her Internet search and found quite a few blogs and websites that highlighted different alcoholic warning signs and symptoms.
One of the symptoms that really captured her curiosity was the following: “Do you commonly drink after making a promise to yourself that you won’t?” While Daniel never came to grips with the fact that she may have a major drinking difficulty, after reading about the different alcoholism symptoms and warning signs, she couldn’t counter the fact that for the past seven or eight months, she frequently tried but was not successful at notably diminishing her drinking or quitting entirely.
When Friends and Neighbors Upset You by Passing Judgment on Your Abusive Drinking Behavior
Another alcoholic sign that caught her awareness was the following: “Have neighbors pestered you by condemning your problem drinking?” When Daniel read this she instantaneously called to mind a recent argument she had with her cousin about her irresponsible drinking. Additionally, Daniel noticeably thought about a recent argument she had with her parents about her irresponsible drinking. Due to the fact that Daniel truthfully believed that she didn’t have a drinking problem, when family members mentioned her drinking she obviously got bothered and irritated.
A third alcohol dependency symptom was the following: “Do you desire a drink when you first awaken in the morning?” Until now, Daniel had been deceitful with herself about her drinking situation. After reading about the aforementioned alcoholism warning symptoms, conversely, she knew if she was really being straightforward with herself that she was facing a severe drinking difficulty, especially given the fact that she now thought that she needed a drink the first thing when she woke up to cut down on her anxiety.
What is more, the next alcohol addiction warning sign really got her thinking about her drinking situation: “Do you drink to sidestep suffering or problems?” When she thought about her life for a few minutes, she comprehended that nearly in every challenging circumstance in the past four or five months, she told herself that she needed a drink to help deal with her problems.
The final alcohol dependency symptom that made her feel relatively stressed about her drinking situation was the following: “Has your ambition decreased since you started drinking on a more normal basis?” When Daniel read this sign she visibly comprehended that drinking had become a critical difficulty in her life because of her diminished energy level and also because she gave up pursuing her dreams and her passions.
Conclusion: When Despair Turns Into Something Thrilling and Something to Look Forward To
After thinking about all of these destructive alcohol addiction symptoms and signs, Daniel at first felt crestfallen. Then something remarkable occurred. She reflected on the fact knew that she was going to see her physician about her drinking problems and she also knew that she would talk about all of the above alcohol addiction warning symptoms and signs with her. If truth be told, for the first time in a number of months, Daniel honestly felt a sense of hope because she was dealing with her drinking difficulties and was finally ready to make the needed changes so that she could reclaim the life that was drifting away.
